Where this comes from
Our background is on the security and engineering side of software companies — the kind of environment where a pipeline gets audited, a vulnerability report has to be triaged the same day, and "we'll fix it later" isn't an option. That habit of treating security as part of the build, not a separate phase, is what carries over into every engagement.
We added AI to that same discipline rather than treating it as a separate product line: an AI agent gets the same scrutiny as any other piece of code that touches customer data.
